Services
Hip-hop Dance Class
Rooted in rhythm and expression, our Hip-hop classes invite dancers to move with purpose and personality. Students are encouraged to explore freestyle, musicality, and dynamic choreography while building confidence and connection through movement.
Contemporary Dance
A welcoming space to explore movement and self-expression. Contemporary classes introduce dancers to fluid technique, creative exploration, and musical interpretation, supporting confidence and individuality at every level.
Jazz Dance
Energetic, fun and full of personality. With lively music and engaging choreography, dancers who love rhythm, creativity and confidence-building classes learn well-guided fundamentals, flexibility and performance skills while expressing themselves through movement.
Meet Miss CT
I’m Miss CT, a passionate dance teacher and the heart behind CT Dance Arts.
This studio was created from a simple but meaningful vision: to offer a safe, inclusive and encouraging space where dancers of all ages and abilities feel supported, seen and valued. I believe dance should be uplifting, expressive and confidence-building, where dancers can grow with confidence, express themselves freely and enjoy dance without pressure or comparison. My teaching focuses on solid foundations taught with care, creative freedom, and learning at your own pace.
My love for dance began not just with learning steps, but with discovering how movement can build confidence, tell stories, and bring people together. Over the years, dance became my way of expressing emotion, creativity and connection — and teaching became my way of sharing that joy with others. Whether a dancer is stepping into the studio for the first time or returning to dance after a break, my goal is for every student to feel comfortable, inspired and proud of their progress.
At CT Dance Arts, dance is more than technique — it’s about growth, storytelling, self-expression and joy. I feel incredibly grateful to guide dancers on their journey and to build a community that moves with heart.
